I'm Helen, a certified 200 hour yoga teacher based in Hertfordshire, UK. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and my love for the practice led me to complete my teacher training in London in 2021.
I teach Vinyasa yoga, which focuses on syncing breath with movement to create a meditative flow that calms the mind and empowers the body. My classes are designed to challenge students both physically and mentally, while also helping them find a sense of relaxation and calmness. I also teach prenatal yoga, providing a safe, nurturing and self-loving yoga practice during pregnancy.
